Ethyl acetate occurs naturally in food, like wines, brandy, fruits and essential oils obtained from fruits and flowers, also  blue cheese and baked potatoes.  It can also be formed in the process of fermenting beers.

With  excellent solubility and quick-drying, Ethyl Acetate is an important organic chemical raw material and industrial solvent that has a wide range of uses.

1. As an industrial solvent, it is used in coatings, adhesives, ethyl cellulose, artificial leather, linoleum colorants, artificial fibers and other products.
2. As an adhesive, used in the production of printing inks and artificial pearls.
3. As an extractant, it is used in the production of medicines and organic acids.
4. As a spice raw material, it is used as the main raw material for pineapple, banana, strawberry and other fruit flavors and whiskey, cream and other spices.  
5.  As a cleaning agent in the textile industry.
